What a beautiful weekend

Kurt and I spent all weekend working on dividing Skeeters field.
Wow, do my shoulders and hands hurt. I wish the Farm Fairy would bring us a post hole augar for Christmas. LOL
We dug 23 holes. Concreted them in and strung a small portion of wire.
I think I may have even got a little sunburned. That is pretty amazing considering it was only 35 degrees here this morning.
Since I have more horses than I ever thought I would ever own, pasture managment has become increasingly more important. This new field will be rotated on and off. And used by the horses who do not have a winter pasture at this time. When it is done, it will be topped by a round post and have nonclimb horse fencing. Also a strand of hot wire on Skeeters side to protect the wire. He likes to show off his studdly moves when I put another horse next to him. Boys!!!
