For a long time I have wanted a mellow, easy-going horse that does not "spook at the wind". When Juliane and I rescued Wy, we hoped that she would be that type of horse for me, but if she turned out to be more high-energy, we felt Wy would be easy to re-home.
Juliane's assessment thus far is..... "I am absolutely thrilled with Wy's progress adn believe she's probably the easiest horse I have ever started, except maybe Rory". So based on that and from the pictures below, it looks like Wy is that mellow, easy-going horse I have always wanted:) I could not be happier and am so looking forward to riding her and continuting her training. The first picture is her 5th ride (1st time at the big Fall City arena - CANTERING!!). The rest of the pictures are from the Fall City Playday (6th ride) where they did a few games and then went down to the river. Juliane said that they went even deeper in the water than in the last picture! I guess Wy has no issues with water

Wy will spend some more time with Juliane, going to drill etc.....so that she gets additional exposure to being around more horses. Thanks Juliane for all that you have done for Wy - it has been so great to see her blossom with you!
